Located just over an hour from Cairns, Mareeba,Wetland Reserve is a 2000 hectare wildlife wonderland. Visitors can indulge in birdwatching, bushwalking on over 12km of marked trails, eco-cruising, sunset safaris, or canoeing. Our 2, 3 and 4 day guided safaris depart Cairns, Palm Cove or Port Douglas and are accommodated in tented luxury in the heart of a 2000 hectare private reserve. Expert guides escort guests as they explore the birdlife and wildlife of this world-class Tropical savannah and Wetland Reserve.

Outback With A Touch Of Class 2 Day Safari

• Day 1: Departing daily at 9:00am, you arrive at Jabiru Safari Lodge for morning tea. After lunch, join a Sunset Reserve Safari and eco-cruise on Clancy's Lagoon, explore the 2000ha Reserve by vehicle before a wine and cheese sunset on the deck. Overnight accommodation in a Deluxe Safari Tent.
• Day 2: An 'Early Birders' morning tour takes you to Pandanus Lagoon bird hide. After lunch explore the Reserve on foot or by canoe before returning to your Cairns accommodation after a wonderful wildlife experience.

Outback, Rainforest & Wetlands 3 Day Safari
